Year 3 playground

walt-measure our length work our area and perimeter of our shape use our knowledge or fractions  and times

we had to scrunch up a ball for a little ball for our basketball hoop.

Next we had to use our string to make the flying fox.

Then we used a little bit of card board for the rock climbing wall.

Later we did a seesaw and then we had to use a card board and sellotape.

lastly we did our swing and we only used string straw sellotape.

Experiment

Four weeks ago we did a experiment in ruma 4 at park
estate school. The people that was in my group was
Timote, Marsh, Tangi, Noah and me and it was called
ice ice baby. We did the experiment on a friday morning.
Then suddenly we started to see the ice melting.
Our groups was immersed in water rub on table hold
and pass and squeeze in water.

test/results

When we were testing it and doing the stuff that we
was meant to do and it just started melting very fast.
One of them took the immersed in water was 2min 39sec
and another group that was called rub on table 3min 55sec
and the next one was leave alone 22min 44sec then there
was our group it was 6min 23 sec and it was blow and leave
on plate.

I notice/i think

I notice that when we was doing the ice ice baby it was
just melting so fast and our group came second and the
other group came first and the other ones came 4 5 and
3.I think if we chose a different one we would of came first
but we came second and that still matters.

Why Research

There are three states of matter.They are made from atoms,
they are solids ,liquids and gases. Solid is when the atoms
are close together and liquid is when the atoms are a little bit
apart from each other and gas is when the atoms is way
splited from each other.

Amyleigh shouted’look that group is finished so i wonder
